My Dell is a Windows 7 OS and i use Outlook 2007, and as usual I receive lots of junk email.  I tried selecting all the emails in the junk email folder and tried to mark them as junk and block the senders, but could not as the commands were greyed out.  Q can this be done, if not is a round about way of doing it.  it is a pain marking one by one each mail and doing it.  Or can this be done by a macro?
Thank u.

Yea, you can only select them one at a time.  Are you in an exchange environment? or you're just using outlook to check you pop3 emails?  if you're in an exchange environment you need to have your exchange admin install a spam filter or at the very least turn on the content filtering in exchange or change the SCL(spam confident level) so it can block more spam.

I just use outlook to check my pop3 emails.  In fact the same email is also configured as MAPI account too, which explains why I get 2 copies of each email.
