Page headers run into Data Fields

When i run the report or print the page headers are merging into the data fields at the top of the each page. I have tried multiple things in the formating to prevent this without success? Fields

I think I've seen this before.  Why don't you try to set the background color on the header row explicitly.  That may prevent the data from blending into the header.

Unsure of the exact report format (html, excel, etc.), but this person had a similar problem in his excel output from ssrs.
