Purge large records but cannot see free space claimed

Hi,
I purging 100 millions of records in my table, after purging completed, I did not seen my table size reduce instead it grow larger, where is my free space ? I have also run dbcc shrinkdatabase and sp_spaceused upadteusage but still I cannot reclaim the space

try re-organize clustered index on that table.
and then shrink database, or shrink file (in filegroup assigned to that table)
