We are using blucoat proxy.some https website randomly disconnect..Is it a problem with blucoat or client internet explorer /

What happens if you bypass the bluecoat?

If you don't have the issue after bypassing, it's most probably the bluecoat. If not, it could be something else (but not necessarily IE)
