is it a distribution group on server side? or just a contact group in your outlook?

I guess you have an error with permission denied, please check if the distribution group under exchange general--> message restriction

The distribution group is on the server. I think I have resoved the issue. The new contacts that were added, I went into Exchange Task, highlighted "Establish Email Address". Left all information as defaults. The new contacts received the emails.

FYI - I am new to the administration of Exchange.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, it is security/distribution group. Thanks for your reply. It was your permissions idea that lead me to Exchange Task.
