Hi,

could you please tell me how to implement a real time project? i mean i want starting to ending. i.e all phases in project implementation. and how the code movement in the companies, how they sent the project to testing and how they deploy a web application/project.

i want to know real time procedures..

kindly help me....

1. Requriment gathering -----> getting requriement from the client and what they need

2. Anlaysis ----------------------> We analysis  what the technologies  going to use in this project . How to develop, How long it take, How many man power requried  and all

3. desgin pahase ---- > How many screen its needed  we desgin UI

4. Implement -----> Implement the bussiness ,Testing

5. deploy------------->deploy the code in UT,IT,prod envi

UT for -----------> user testing ....
