how to pass value from asp.net page to PHP page

I  have asp.net page and there is image button and textbox inside.when anyone click on imagebutton there should be giving

http://www.rewardforloyalty.com/balance-kwi.php.balance on this site.While the way I am doing it is just redirecting that site.I want to ggive balance on that site.Please give me some guidence how to do that.

you can redirect page on Click event of Image Button

I don't have any access of PHP page.I don't know how can I write listner's script in PHP page.This is third party site.?

in backend the coding is in click event
