Broken Web Page

This page is broken in firefox. http://www.accessioncorp.com/index.php?action=page&do=company
Notice how the menu on the left is overlaying the graphic.
The top of the page is not right; there is a big blank space.

This page is missing the graphic pointer.

This is a template site so it is a puzzle for me to find out how the site is built but if you point me to the missing or broken elements so far I have been able to find the template problem.

On the company page, the "Sidebar" code is in the wrong place and the </span> tag should be a </div> tag.  Also, you <style> sections should normally be in the <head> section.

On the Experience page, "top:-114px;" shouldn't be negative.  Should probably be "top:85px;" like the rest.
