New Terminal server

I am rolling out two new terminal servers and would like to start changing users over to using these. Is there an automated way of performing this via a script or GPO rather than having to maunally go to every users pc and change the RDC?

You can create your 'new' rdp file, and then copy it over to each user's desktop or wherever you usually put them.  There are a few different methods for doing something like this.  Some I've used...

If you have a ticketing system of some sort, sometimes this can be done from there.  We use Kaseya for this sometimes.

OR

You can use pstools to copy the files over in a batch script.

OR

You can add it to a login script, so that it copies over for each user upon logging into the system.  If you want to go this route, then you can use the CopyFile method in your script, and then set it up in a login script gpo.
