would you know all reasons that homepage is located at the center after 1,2 s loading.

and solutions to fix it ?

I believe the javascript that generates the page takes that long to finish processing.  No, I don't know how to fix it.  The source says you're using Plone to create your site.  Maybe there's some info there.  The other Plone example sites aren't doing it so it's something about your site.

On second look, I see that a number of your tables have '%' widths instead of fixed pixel widths.  Browsers have to render everything, recalculate the actual sizes, and readjust the page when you do that.  Your first two table declarations are % and have no content at the top at least.  The statement below is probably the biggest problem.  It takes 50% of the screen with no content but background color.  Remove the width="50%" and things might improve.
