Hi,

I've seen websites that use a 'Feedback' link that appears on the left or the right. I'm not sure what they are using. They use something like what UserVoice is using: http://uservoice.com/

I know how to make feedback forms, what I want to know is the name of the service they are using.
So, is there any similar service like Uservoice?
