Acronis True Image 8 Server Password Recovery from Scheduled Task
Although I have checked to ensure that the backup images are mountable on a regular basis, I am somehow unable to get in.
The backup is still working, I just need to check on a previous version of a file. However, I cannot access the backup images, I get "The password does not match, Type the correct password"
I am wondering if I can pull the password out of the scheduled task. I have tried several free web "password revealer utilities so far but have not had success.

Give Recover Keys at http://recover-keys.com/ a look at. Under Supported Software, Acronis True Image Server is listed. Good luck.

Thanks but that is for recovering product keys and serial numbers
I apologize for not understanding correctly. I think you might be out of luck on this, but that is just my opinion. Hopefully someone will have other thoughts.

I am wondering if there is a chance that I can change the pw in the scheduled task and thereby unlock the previous images.
