Hi..

I am a total newbie to Citrix but would like to query our environment to find out who is using our license pool over a period of week or month.  I have looked at the License Management Console and it looks as if the Historical Usage section is the right area.

I have pointed this at REPORTLOG.RL and then gone to User Reports, then proceeded to the next screen to "Generate unique named user list..." and if I have chosen the right licensing type then I get a huge list of numbers, but not usernames.  I really just want to see who's using what on the farm over a period of time so I can work out which business areas are using what percentage of the pool.

Can anyone suggest what might be the next best steps?  If we have not been capturing this detail in the past I would like to ensure we capture it moving forward.

Thanks in advance.

I think that you could look at using the Summary Database for this.

Above is a little old but you could have a read through and it will give you the general idea.
