Didn't see an answer to this question online.  My boss likes to send a lot of delayed emails, which are kept in his Outbox.  However, when closing Outlook, he gets the predictable message, "There are unsent messages in your Outbox to send messages you must remain running and connected to your email server.  Do you wan to exit anyway?"  Is there a way to stop this message from coming up?  I checked all the options I could and could not find a setting.  Thank you.

Actually, it seems that when I turned off "Cached Exchange Mode," he no longer gets this message.  Fixed.
