We have a problem with OWA and Windows 7.  Windows 7 computers(32bit and 64bit) can access OWA and send emails and receive.  The problem is when they reply to an email it will not let them type in the body because there is a red x  in the box.  We are using exchange 2003

Does this describe the problem?

I know it mentions vista but it also says for any ie above 6.  It is due to lack of support for the email active x.

sorry for the late response the hotfix worked great, and didn't even need a reboot of the exchange server.
