Emails Periodically not showing on BlackBerry

We have one user, emails come through, external or internal, with or without attachments, some emails will show on BB, others won't.
She is a member of a mailing list, 2 emails from mailing list came in, 2 on Outlook Client, only 1 on BB.

I have deleted her from BES 5.01, re-activated, check filters, got user to delete all Outlook Client rules. Vodafone even replaced the device, 9700 Bold under warranty.
No Difference.

Help.

Is the user moving these emails to any other folder, Ask her not move emails for one day.

To troubleshoot further, Assign a Static Mailbox Agent Id to user's Account on BES and then a separate logs will be created for her. So check those logs as well.

No, the user will only move messages after they have arrived. We have been monitoring emails as they come in and some will arrive on Outlook Client and then not on BB.

I have assigned a static mailbox agent.
The logs on the BES server?, BES server is Server 2008 std, if that matters.

Check the MAGT logs and see if you find something.

Turned out that the Hide filed emails was on
