Emails Periodically not showing on BlackBerry

We have one user, emails come through, external or internal, with or without attachments, some emails will show on BB, others won't.
She is a member of a mailing list, 2 emails from mailing list came in, 2 on Outlook Client, only 1 on BB.
I have deleted her from BES 5.01, re-activated, check filters, got user to delete all Outlook Client rules. Vodafone even replaced the device, 9700 Bold under warranty.
