User uses Alt+Print Scrn to copy contents of one email and when He Ctrl+V into the body of his email it doesn't paste. &nbsp;He said he changed a setting a week ago asking him to disable something but he can't remember what it was, he just clicked it.<br />

My question is how can I get the prnt scrn and paste back to default.<br />
