User uses Alt+Print Scrn to copy contents of one email and when He Ctrl+V into the body of his email it doesn't paste.  He said he changed a setting a week ago asking him to disable something but he can't remember what it was, he just clicked it.

My question is how can I get the prnt scrn and paste back to default.

thanks

Is this user using Outlook for email? If so they may have configured new emails to be plain text instead of html formatting. The instructions for changing that depend on the version of Outlook but if you go to Options, look for a setting called "Compose messages in this format" and make sure that it is set to HTML.

I'm sorry. Just noticed that you had said Outlook 2010. Click the office button then Options. Click Mail on the left then change Compose messages in this format to HTML
