Iphone and Itunes data to PC

My MAC system board crashed and I need to copy all my pictures and music files over to my PC. I am going to connect the MAC HD's to my PC using a external drive chasis. First how do I copy this data over, keeping intact all the info that goes along with a Jpeg file and music files . Second:  How can I veiw the Pictures on my PC?

You won't be able to read the Mac OS filesystem your Windows computer.

You will need to to get Ext2explore for Windows to read the filesystem.
