Not seeing emails in Incredimail

Alright guys, I am having an issue with a client computer using Incredimail.  More specifically in receiving messages.  The program acts as if it is downloading messages, however when the download is complete the messages are no where to be seen.  Not in the inbox, and junk mail is disabled.  As a troubleshooting measure I configured outlook express to check the same account, and it won't even try and download messages.  My email provider has partnered with gmail for hosting of email accounts so mail is hosting but the email address does not end with gmail.com.  I also checked the web interface of gmail and the account is receiving the emails just fine.

Since your client has a Google Apps account, verify that settings are correct. What did you use for login and password?

Are you IMAP or POP3 to download from Gmail to Incredimail?

If using IMAP,check if the email skip the Inbox and went directly to Inbox folder.  Look in [Gmail]/All Mail folder.

POP3 is the connection protocol.

user@cvinternet.net is the login.  cvinternet is gmail hosted.  password is the one chose my the user and applied by cvinternet.  POP3 is configured at gmail.

Verify that POP3 server is pop.gmail.com
Incoming port 995
SSL enabled.
Password authentication NOT enable.

Verified.
Still emails are being recieved however not seen in the inbox folder, or anywhere else for that matter.

1. Verify that POP is enabled
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=13273

2. Verify that your settings are correct:
a) POP server is pop.gmail.com Try pop.googlemail.com
b) Password (incoming) server authentication is NOT turned on. In Mac uncheck "Always use secured password".
c) Make sure Leave a copy on server is not selected in email client

3. Check if antivirus is interfering. Disable antivirus check of incoming mail.

4. POP download troubleshooter

5. Check if your ISP is blocking Gmail

Alright I created a new profile and I can now get email again.  I know I tried this approach before with no success, but the email is working again.
