Hi,

Can you provide server side OAB generation log and run ExBPA and check if there are any errors related to OAB?

If you try with OWA or Outlook online mode what happens then.

There are several reasons from resulting in this behavior. We can look into it as we proceed.

Was there any change made to servers before this issue started to happen?

I'm not sure which fixed my problem but i added the following permisions to the OAB folder to both my CAS server
Authenticated users: Read
•         Organization Management: Read, special permissions
•         View-Only Organization Management: Read, special permissions
•         Exchange Servers: Full Control
•         Exchange Trusted Subsystem: Read
•         Administrator: Read
•         Domain Admins: Read
•         Enterprise Admins: Read
•         Administrators: Full Control
•         IIS_IUSERS: Special permissions

and i also checked we had a bad DC address in our Exchange 2003 RUS (recipient update service) setting

thanks for the quick response
