Is this a file share that you are able to access and it has the configuration on the server that this resource can be accessed offline.
The notice could and likely mean that the mode of operation/access from your system to the share/shares is now cached locally on your server and will be synchronized once the connection is reestablished.  This is only an INFO type of event and can be disabled.  If the connection is not reestablished, you should check your network or with the network/system admin.
Other than this notice, were you still able to access external resources, i.e. browse the net, access other shares, etc.?

the resource you were accessing is offline and is accessible.
There is no way for me to know which resource of the of the ones you have is at issue.

Do you use/have redirected folders?

Could you provide some insight as to what the implication you are seeing from this notice?
I am not in a position to start offering guesses which resource is now missing/inaccessible.

Is the workstation naming convention ADdomainname.Manufacturer_service_tag?

This is a message from Trillian telling you that one of your messenger services went offline likely MSN or Google. Happens to all of our traveling users who use Trillian every time they connect to the VPN. They go offline for a couple of minutes until it figures out how to reroute the traffic.

if you look toward the bottom of the page you will see systraySelfOffline and systraySelfOnline

Not a drive offline error! Sorry...
