HR wants to have a contest to rename our 4 conference rooms. I will need to change the names on our Exchange 2003 server. We have lots of people who have these calendars open in Outlook, will they all need to delete and re-add the calendar once the names been changed or will simply closing/opening Outlook do the trick? Will permissions remain intact, and will all current meetings stay put once the name's been changed?? Thanks in advance.
