I get a message that says "The archives required to make an SSL connection are not available. Please contact your MetaFrame administrator" whenever I try to launch a Citrix application (see the screenshot).

What do I need to do to fix this issue so that I will be able to run Citrix applications?

The operating system is Windows 7 32 bit.

Please let me know if any further information is needed.
