So, my retain deleted items is set for 30 days at the database level. &nbsp;I would like to prohibit users from deleting anything (via Recover Deleted Items &gt;&nbsp;Select All &gt;&nbsp;Delete) within outlook. &nbsp;I know to do this for a single user is:<br />

I'm hoping someone can join the dots for me and give me the PS command to enable this for all mailboxes within the database(s)
