I have a exchange 2003 server, just had a exchange 2010 server built. Need to know how to replicate the public folder database to the new server, then remove the public folders from exchange 2003.

Exchange 2003 running on Win 2K3
Exchange 2010 running on Win2K8R2

In Exchange Manager, there is already a public folder database, just need to know how to replicate to it, then take down 2003, thanks!

Use pfmigrate tool  to add replicate and then go to each public folder and force the replication by clicking on send changes on last X days.

are they both in the same organization ?

if so just right click on you 2k3 public folder store in the ESM and click on move all replicas and select the PF on the 2k10 server.

wait till the "public folder instances" becomes empty

Akhater > That is exactly the step my guide explains.  Any reason why you felt you needed to post it again?

Hi guys,
So I have used some of the very nice guide dematizer has posted, I also used this link from MS website.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822931

In replication now, waiting for both to be In Sync then will remove the 2K3 PF replicas and close em down for good, thanks all...
