Disable the Next Button in a Wizard

I am using the Wizard control and have the user Accepting or Declining the terms of use. Right now I have the Next button disabled... if they Accept the terms I want to enable the button so they can move on.

Any notions how I can get control of the wizard button?

Dim btnNext As Button = Wizard1.FindControl("StepNavigationTemplateContainerID").FindControl("StepNextButton")
btnNext.Enabled = true
