contact form on webpage not working

I have included a contact form in a website using Dreamweaver CS5 but I can't seem to get it to work, please check coding at www.dcottages.com.au.

Your form is set to use a mailto: action and lots of modern browsers won't honor it.  Even if the browser honors it, the user needs to have a default mail program set up through the browser to make it work.

You need to learn to use a server-side script (perl, php, or asp) to process a form and email the results.

any clues as to where there may be instructions or a tutorial for me to learn to use a server-side script such as perl, php or asp

There are literally thousands of each waiting for you by googling "perl form to email tutorial" or "php form to email tutorial" etc.

The first thing you need to do is determine which languages you can even use on your server...
