How do I fix my audio device using the driver finder I already install?

I installed Driver Finder and I can't update my drivers. I scanned it like it said, then I waited for it to finish then on the side of the
drivers it says open but I don't fully understand how to open/unzip files can you please help??

I'm not familiar with Driver Finder, but I can help you through the standard way of installing drivers.  Do you know the model of your soundcard?  If not, what's the manufacturer of your computer and the model?  Another way to figure it out is to right-click 'My Computer' and choose 'Manage', then click 'Device Manager', and double-click 'Sound .. devices'.  What do you have in there?
