Isn't is possible to connect the 2 devices using bluetooth and exchanging contacts?

You should enable bluetooth on both devices. This must be available under settings on your mobiles. Next make sure they can be found (check in bluetooth settings also). Next search on one device for the other device and connect both devices. Choose your contacts en use the menu to choose to exchange contacts.
