Configure Unique MAC Address for router sub interface

Hi All,

I would like to know if it is possible to assign different MAC address on Cisco router sub interfaces. I am using Cisco 2811

FE0/0 having 0013.60f2.0ed8
FE0/0.100 having 0013.60f2.0ed8
FE0/0.412 having 0013.60f2.0ed8

I have a requirement to make sure that traffic from each vlan have diffrent MAC address.

Ideally MAC for vlan 100 and vlan 412 will be diffrent from each other. something like

FE0/0 having 0013.60f2.0ed8
FE0/0.100 having 0013.60f2.0aaa
FE0/0.412 having 0013.60f2.0aab

If possible, please provide step to configure this

Example

FastEthernet0/0 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is MV96340 Ethernet, address is 0013.60f2.0ed8 (bia 0013.60f2.0ed8)
  Description: Trunk
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 100000 Kbit, DLY 100 usec,
     reliability 255/255, txload 63/255, rxload 63/255

FastEthernet0/0.100 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is MV96340 Ethernet, address is 0013.60f2.0ed8 (bia 0013.60f2.0ed8)
  Description: vlan100
  Internet address is 10.10.9.1/30

FastEthernet0/0.412 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is MV96340 Ethernet, address is 0013.60f2.0ed8 (bia 0013.60f2.0ed8)
  Description: vlan412
  Internet address is 10.10.10.1/30

I am using a GPON OLT system which impose different MAC address connecting via different VLAN
If the OLT detected same MAC address originating from diffrent VLAN, it will drop the traffic for the other VLAN and only allow one.
Hence i will need to ensure each VLAN from my router interface sending out with diffrent MAC address.

Only work around I can think of is:

bridge irb

bridge 1 protocol ieee
bridge 1 route ip
bridge 2 protocol ieee
bridge 2 route ip

FastEthernet0/0.100
no ip address
bridge-group 1

FastEthernet0/0.412
no ip address
bridge-group 2

interface BVI1
 mac-address 0013.60f2.1ed8
 ip address 10.10.9.1 255.255.255.252
!
interface BVI2
 mac-address 0013.60f2.2ed8
 ip address 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.252
