New-GlobalAddressList -Name <String> -IncludedRecipients <Nullable> -ConditionalCompany <String>

Example to create a GAL:
New-GlobalAddressList -Name “Company 1¿ -ConditionalCompany “Company 1¿ -IncludedRecipients “AllRecipients”
