I am trying to email-enable a document library and get the error: "Unable to assign this e-mail address to the list, because the address is in use. "

however, i can't seem to find another document library set up with the same e-mail address.
I have deleted that address and library and created both from scratch but still getting the same error.

and fould below entry I don't understand what does that means. It says service has processed 0 messages but I  have send test message.
