Hi,
I ordered a 16MB flash card for my 877w router. I found a manual on a Cisco website how to do it - looks very straightforward, but is there anything else I should do? Is going to work immediately after restarting the router? I backed up my config  and IOS...

Thx

That's right, it should be very straight forward. Nothing to worry about.  After you install the new flash card, your router will prompt to ROMmon mode since it has no IOS in it.  Then just follow the instructions of the link that ikalmar posted.

Quick n easy :)
