my site don´t execute commands

I made a small site, where the main onjective is to have run a few commands to start some presentations in other pcs.
I made some .bat files with psexec commands I converted these files into executables, this files , if I run it, it send the order to start presentation in other pcs but if I click on the site it don´t run, the files have permissions.
the code used in the site to execute de commands is:

    }"

the IUSR_MACHINENAME account needs to have permissions, both on the file to run, and on the folders/files it is supposed to run on

thanks kevp75,I just had to add some bat files to delete some processes on remote machines you do not block the system. problem solved
