Odd Processes Running

I found the following 2 processes running on a pc that I am working on. I googled them but cant come up with a good answer...

MTri+.exe

U2VSvr.exe

'U2Vsvr.exe' is a legitimate process with valid digital signature that originates from the Taiwanese Magic Control Technology Inc.:

I guess it will have something to do with specific USB features on that machine. Nothing to worry about I should say.

'Mtri+.exe' is not known, neither as a legitimate product nor as malware. I suggest you kill the process and check for a while if the system keeps functioning well. If so, remove it (by renaming the exe, stopping the service etc. not by simply deleting; since nothing is known about it, there is no way to get it back should it turn out to be required after all).
