I want to use Access with the same capabilities as Excel or ord where, if someone else is using it, I can still go in and iew it, whether reports, or queries, etc.  Is there a way to set that up or the abilitiy for multiple people to go in and enter information at the same time?  I have mine set up with a front end and back ends.

Then just give each person a copy of the front-end.

The backend needs to placed in a shared folder accessible to everyone.  If you have to move it from its current location to do that, then you should move the backend first, then re-link your frontend to it and then distribute copies of your re-linked frontend.
