Step 1      From the global directory, choose the user whose password you want to change as described in the "Searching the Global Directory" section.

The User Configuration window displays with information about the chosen user.

Step 2      Click the Change button next to the User Password field.

The Change Password for dialog box appears.

Step 3      In the Password field, enter the new password.

Step 4      In the Confirm Password field, enter the new password again.

Step 5      Click Update and Close.

default ? isnt that whatever is set for the specific end user who is trying to login ?

Well yea, do you happen to know where it is set in version 4.2?

Weird but there is no 'User Password' field, just User Pin # - Version 4.1 go to CCM Admin - User - Global Directory and select a User.....Any ideas?  Thanks

Although not present on my call manager server this is the correct procedure in most environments.
