user unable to log into exchange owa 2010

For some strange reason one of the users on the network is unable to log into Exchange OWA 2010.  He has the appropraite rights in EMC.  What else should i be looking for?

Check, If Alias name and logon are same.

Please verify that you are using the correct format to login.
By default it will be "DOMAIN\username", however if you changed the settings it might just be the username alone as well.

If that's not the issue, could you please post the error msg (+details)?

It actually just gives the message username and password not valid.  I've changed the settings so it's only the username

Well,

in that case you've got your error: either the username is incorrect or the password is incorrect.
Doublecheck everything to make sure.

Can you post the OWA-login page please?

Open the Exchange Management Console. Expand Recipient Configuration. Click on Mailbox. Right click on the user account and click properties.Are you certain that the Mailbox Features tab has Outlook Web Access enabled?

Yes.  The user account was configured to allow the user to log into the one pc.  This user is a remote user who needs access to a terminal server.  I forgot to consider this when i made the change on Thursday
