Filter Dates with Excel

i have a file that i am trying to sort the dates, example row2 i just need the 07 = July row 3= march etc... when i right click the DATA and select filter in the drop down i just see MArch and July but i have june feb, etc...

Since row4 is empty, it is just sorting rows 2 and 3.

Select the whole column and then do the data sort.
