Which is the best toolkit for Soap

Hi,

I'm new to soap and need to write a soap web service to receive an XML file plus JPG attachments to be imported to our sql backend.  I was just after which toolkit would be best? Java or Perl?  Our pages are written in Classic ASP.

Any advise would be appreciated :)

To me, a basic SOAP server seems a bit easier to write in Perl CGI than Java, however your final choice will depend on your own experience level with either language and what your infrastructure is setup like.  Here's a couple of links to help you get started in either language:
