I have a Synology DS409slim NAS server. I would like the server to make a nightly backup of the changed files to a remote ftp server. Also I would like the backup process to stop at a certain time no matter if the process is finished or not.<br />

Backup Synology NAS to FTP server

The term "Backup" means the methods and processes involved to copy computer data (system data as well as application data) to media other than the ones where the data originally live (disk, tape, optical, cloud).
