progress bar modal with jQuery

I would like to implement a progress bar as a loading message to my users, but I want it in a modal dialog. I found one at jQuery.com called fogLoader .

I am not sure where to begin to implement this. Any suggestions.

I just want to use this everytime the user clicks anything and the ajax call is made. I want to display a loading dialog which has some animations to show it is working.

Although this lightbox is nice, I don't want the lightbox effect, I am not working with photos. I like the simple jQuery UI modal dialog. Simple and elegant. I just want to add an animation inside it.
