How to monitor IIS availability in SCOM 2007 R2

We would like to monitor the availability of the IIS server, specifically the weblogic plugin and send email alerts to
my team's email DL" xxxxxxx" for the following servers.

1. XXXX.CONTOSO.COM
2. YYYY.CONTOSO.COM

Monitoring IIS is something that that can be done with the IIS MP from the catalog and reports will be availible when imported.
If you want a MP for weblogic have a look at the following link and options for weblogic monitoring
