SBS 2008 Server just hangs randomly during the day

Hi Guys

Have a recently installed SBS 2008 server which hangs randomly during the day.  All users lose connection to Exchange 2007.  Internet access is also lost and we have to do a hard reboot to get the server back up.  Windows Sharepoint Service 3 stops with a 22547 error which when I look up points to SQL?

During the hanging of the server we are unable to connect via RDP, Logme in or press ctrl,Alt and Del.

Would appreciate some ideas......

What kind of hardware is it, are all drivers, firmware, and BIOS up to date? Do you have any external devices attached to it?

I have a new HP Proliant ML350 G6 far as I know all are up to date....

There is no external device attached however a NAS drive is configured on the network.

Any thing on the event viewer whne this is happening.
I am guessing its mostly to do with the NIC drivers and firmware.

I found that a PC on the network had a faulty Network card....Not sure if this was the cause but found once I removed this machine the network has been stable.

Very Strange.....
