Blackberry calendar entries add/changes are not sync to Outlook but Outlook to blackberry calendar sync works?

This issue is only for one user. Other users do not have this problem. I deleted CICAL entries from the service book and I also tried resending the address book. But did not help.

Check that the version of MAPI used by the BlackBerry server and the version on the Exchange server match. If there is a mismatch, this could lead to problems.

Also, please provide more information: What mail platform and version are you using? Which version of BES are you using?
