Thunderbird: Mail Redirect

Good day.

Our client was accidentally miscofigured his outlook express by forgetting to put a check on a  check box "Leave Message on the server"- with this, what happen is, all his mails were downloaded from their ISP (godaddy) to his local hdisk in their office, now, he cannot see his mails at home thru internet mail web access.

I was able to install Mozilla Thunderbird+Redirect add-on extension on his desktop at the office, and were able to import mails from Outlook express to Thunderbird, hoping that we can restore back his mails to ISP mail server. after choosing his mails to redirect, thunderbird wil say that Redirect were sucessful but by checking the ISP mailbox only MAILER-DAEMON Failure Notice we receive instead of the Redirected mail. Below is the error message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at p3plsmtpa07-02.prod.phx3.secureserver.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Sorry, I couldn't find any host named aub-dubai.com'. (#5.1.2)

Please help, we badly need to resolve this, thank you.

I have directed users to use MailRedirect extension, and it has worked.

Make sure you type the user's email address correctly in MailRedirect.

Did you try to import too many emails at one time.  Move not more than 300 emails at one time and test.

Warning: When you moved the emails back to original account, the headers will be correct but the day may all revert to today's date.

I was able to resolved the problem starting all from scratch, that is:

cofiguring new profile in OE, uninstall and install Thunderbird, create account, import mails to Thunderbird, check the leave message on the server for both OE and thunderbrd. In OE, i add the user account to be used in sending (smtp) mails. verify port #s are correct. then i try to Redirect mails. it works!

they have 220 smtp relays allowed per day, with this, i ask the client to Redirect mails by batch.

maybe its lesson for me to do all the workaround first before posting question here. Anyway, i will keep your suggestions as my reference. Thank you.
