Just installed new print cartridges on my HP Photosmart C6380 All-in-one printer.  After turning it on, I'm getting the following error message, "Ink System Failrure" with code 0xc19a0022.  It says to turn the unit off and on, but when we do so, it keeps coming back with the same message.  Your help is very much appreciated.

I would try different (new) cartridges and see if that makes a difference.  That is, assuming you've peeled the tape off the bottom of the cartridge that it comes with.

We will take the new cartridges back to see if they give us new ones.  We did remove the tape off the bottom of the cartridges.  We'll let you know if replacing the cartridges works.  Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks.

You could also try power-cycling the printer, reseating the cartridges, and wiping up around the cartridge inputs on the printer to catch any loose ink or paper.
