I have a user that has issues with creating a conference. He will hit the conference button, putting a call on hold, and then call the other party. But when he then hits the confernce button again, the screen just says "Unable to conference". This is CME 4.0.
I have read that this could be an issue with codec mismatches, but I am not sure where to start looking in the CLI. What commands can I use to find out if this is the case?
Also what commands do I use to to recored logs for a phone call where he tries to do this, so i can get more information on the error?
