how can i send email from publci folder, i have dont the followin but still getting error message when i send from Public folder email :- You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.

>>public folder mail enable
>> give myself send as permission from directory rights
>>give full administrative access

please help me with this
