Netlogon Errors on ISA Server

Hello Experts,

We are ISA 2000 server in a Windows 2003 domain.  Off late, we have been receiving some Netlogon errors on the ISA server which are as follows.

______________________

Event : 5719

This computer was not able to set up a secure session with a domain controller in domain OCIDOM due to the following:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.
This may lead to authentication problems. Make sure that this computer is connected to the network. If the problem persists, please contact your domain administrator.
_______________________________________

There are no networking issues as such.  We are using ISA for web proxy and its working fine.

Though I know removing the server and joining it back to domain will resolve the issue, mostly it does.  However, I want to know the reason that could be causing this error.  Can I know the possible reasons please.

Regards,
Abby.

One possible cause of this error is that you have run out of buffer space in the NetBT datagram buffer.
Please refer this MS KB to resolve this issue.
